The 2025 College Football Playoff race is heating up, and Hollman is proud to be part of the journey for some of the nation’s elite programs. According to the first College Football Playoff Selection Committee rankings released on November 4, 7 of the top 12 playoff-positioned teams trust Hollman lockers to equip their championship-caliber facilities.

Hollman’s Playoff Presence: 7 Teams, 1 Commitment to Excellence

As teams fight for their playoff lives, Hollman lockers stand as a testament to the commitment to excellence that these programs demand. Here are the seven powerhouse programs currently in the playoff picture that have chosen Hollman:

SEC Powerhouses Lead the Way

Alabama (Current Playoff Position: No. 4 seed) The Crimson Tide remain a perennial contender, earning one of four first-round byes in the projected bracket. Their world-class facilities feature Hollman’s premium locker solutions, reflecting the program’s unwavering commitment to excellence.

Texas A&M (Current Playoff Position: No. 3 seed/Projected SEC Champion) The Aggies are positioned as the projected SEC champion in the first committee rankings, showcasing a championship-caliber season complemented by championship-caliber facilities equipped with Hollman lockers.

Big Ten Elite

Ohio State (Current Playoff Position: No. 1 seed/Projected Big Ten Champion) The Buckeyes are positioned as the top overall seed in the nation. From the field to the locker room, Ohio State’s excellence is evident. Hollman is proud to be part of their championship environment.

Indiana (Current Playoff Position: No. 2 seed) The Hoosiers are having a historic breakthrough season, earning one of the four coveted first-round byes. Their rise to the top is supported by facilities that include Hollman’s innovative locker solutions.

Big 12 Contender

Texas Tech (Current Playoff Position: No. 8 seed) The Red Raiders are in playoff position and would host a first-round playoff game on their home field. Hollman lockers have been integral to creating a championship atmosphere in Lubbock.

ACC Representative

Virginia (Current Playoff Position: No. 11 seed/Projected ACC Champion) The Cavaliers are positioned as the projected ACC champion and would earn a playoff berth. Virginia has invested in their program’s future with Hollman lockers that reflect their championship aspirations.

Group of 5 Leader

Memphis (Current Playoff Position: No. 12 seed/Projected American Champion) The Tigers are the projected Group of 5 representative and would claim the 12-seed in the playoff bracket. Memphis has built a winning program with facilities that include Hollman’s quality locker systems.

The Hollman Advantage: Built for Champions

What do these seven championship-caliber programs have in common? They understand that excellence extends beyond the playing field. Hollman lockers represent a commitment to providing student-athletes with facilities that match their dedication and talent.

From custom finishes to innovative ventilation systems, Hollman partners with each program to create locker room environments that inspire, motivate, and reflect institutional pride. These aren’t just storage solutions. They’re part of the championship experience that welcomes players every day.

The Road Ahead

As the season enters its critical final weeks, these seven Hollman-equipped programs will battle for playoff positioning and, ultimately, a shot at the National Championship. With statement wins, rivalry games, and conference championships on the horizon, the lockers that house these champions are already in place.

Whether it’s the SEC’s physicality, the Big Ten’s power, the Big 12’s competitiveness, the ACC’s resurgence, or the Group of 5’s determination, Hollman lockers are there, standing strong behind the athletes who give everything on the field.

The Luxury Within: How Lockers Elevate The Country Club Experience

When members walk into a country club, their experience begins long before they reach the golf course, fitness center, or lounge. One of the first touchpoints is the locker room: an essential space that plays a key role in shaping the overall member experience. Well-designed lockers not only provide function and security, but also reinforce the club’s commitment to quality, comfort, and attention to detail.

First Impressions Start Here

Long before a member steps onto the course or into the spa, they often begin their experience at their locker. It’s the starting point of a visit and, increasingly, a focal point for clubs looking to enhance the member journey. A thoughtfully designed locker room reinforces a club’s brand of sophistication and attention to detail.

From the selection of materials to the flow of the space, lockers set the tone. Natural wood finishes, clean lines, soft-close doors, and elegant nameplates create an inviting and polished ambiance that mirrors the level of service members expect throughout the property.

Custom Design That Reflects the Club’s Identity

No two country clubs are the same—and neither are their locker rooms. Customization is key. Lockers can be tailored to reflect the personality of the club, incorporating signature colors, woodgrain patterns, and hardware that harmonize with the overall aesthetic of the facilities.

Whether the look is traditional or modern, lockers serve as an architectural anchor in the design scheme. Elements like personal drawers, multiple hooks or coat rods, and built-in seating further elevate the experience, turning a simple storage solution into a functional piece of interior design.

Functionality Meets Elegance

Luxury in the country club setting is as much about utility as it is about beauty. High-end locker design prioritizes both. Members need spaces that work seamlessly with their routines: ample storage, easy-to-clean surfaces, and durability that withstands daily use.

Today’s lockers go beyond just holding shoes and clubs. Compartments for valuables, soft-touch materials, and soft-close door hinges all contribute to a serene environment. With integrated tech options—such as USB charging or digital locks—the locker becomes a modern amenity, not just a fixture.

A Space for Personal Retreat

More than just a transition zone, the locker room is where members prepare, recharge, and reflect. It’s a place of privacy in an otherwise social setting. With that in mind, locker areas are increasingly being designed as sanctuaries—quiet, luxurious spaces that offer comfort and calm.

Enhanced lighting, comfortable benches, individual grooming stations, and clean sightlines all play a role in creating an atmosphere of refined relaxation. When every detail—from the scent in the air to the feel of the finishes—is considered, the experience becomes immersive.

Subtle Details, Significant Impact

While locker rooms may not appear in glossy club marketing materials, they are among the most frequently used spaces by members—and often, the most memorable. Investing in high-quality locker design isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about reinforcing the promise of luxury at every touchpoint.

At Hollman, we believe that every locker tells a story. For country clubs aiming to exceed member expectations, the story starts here.

Ready to Elevate Your Locker Room?

If you’re reimagining your space or building from scratch, don’t let the locker room be an afterthought. Make your locker room the first impression that sets the standard for your club.

At Hollman, we work with Country Clubs across the U.S to deliver custom locker solutions that blend form, function, and member-focused design. Because when your space speaks for itself—your members listen.

Project Insights: The Green Bay Packers Lambeau Field Locker Room

The Green Bay Packers unveil Lambeau Field’s updated locker room with lockers by Hollman

Hollman is proud to highlight the newly completed Green Bay Packers locker room, a next-generation space that celebrates legacy, fosters unity, and meets the performance needs of elite athletes.

This installation was more than just a locker room upgrade. It was an opportunity to reinforce tradition, enhance day-to-day functionality, and create a centerpiece for both team and community pride.

The Packers envisioned a space as iconic and hardworking as the franchise itself — one that honored their storied tradition while offering the function and flexibility required by today’s NFL standards.

A key design priority was developing a dual-purpose locker that seamlessly serves both daily practice and game day needs. The challenge was to blend functionality with presentation, ensuring each locker offered the durability and organization required for everyday use while also delivering a polished, high-impact look suitable for game day and facility tours.

Equally important to the functionality of the space was ensuring that the locker room’s aesthetic aligned with the architectural language of the larger facility. Drawing direct inspiration from the iconic chrome Lombardi Trophy, the design incorporates subtle chrome accents that echo this central symbol of pride. From custom nameplates to carefully selected veneers, every detail was curated to create a tradition-rich environment that feels intentional and unified. By blending modern man-made materials with high-end natural finishes, the space strikes a balance between honoring the Packers’ deep-rooted legacy and celebrating their forward-looking vision for excellence.

The room’s radiused layout presented a unique design challenge, demanding exacting precision to ensure each locker aligned seamlessly along the curved architecture. This meticulous planning paid off in a space that feels both expansive and intentional. The wide, open floor plan was purposefully designed to encourage gathering, connection, and team camaraderie, creating an environment where players naturally come together. It’s a space that supports not just performance, but also the culture and unity that define the Green Bay Packers.

        Additional Project Features:

        • 100 Player lockers and 123 staff lockers
        • White solid surface accents and powder-coated black metal framing

The Modern Locker Room: How Universities are Enhancing the Athlete Experience (and Beyond)

For many universities, the athletics program represents a prime source of revenue. To take advantage of this, they must be able to attract the best student athletes, along with their supporters. This has driven them to build out high-end athletics complexes designed to deliver top-tier experiences to not just the athletes, but also to their fellow students, friends, family, and sports fans.

As the war room of the sports world, the locker room is where athletes, coaches, and trainers gather to analyze past performance, strategize for the future, and of course, prepare for game day. Many will recall the collegiate locker room of yore as a dingy, dusty den of stinky socks and sweaty uniforms—but this is a thing of the past.

Today’s modern locker rooms are evolving into more luxurious accommodations that aim to address the needs and comfort of their occupants. To build team spirit, their bespoke designs showcase team branding, culture, core values, and history. For player well-being, they include things like ventilated lockers and moisture-resistant materials. And, their integrated tech tools help coaches and teams devise the tactics that will make them win.

Digital signage is contributing to this VIP experience in a number of ways. As a central source of communications, it’s being used to:

        • View, study, and analyze past plays
        • Communicate strategies
        • Deliver live updates on game day
        • Showcase and celebrate the achievements of individual athletes and the entire team
        • Display game and practice schedules, directories, and other key info
        • Greet visiting teams with welcome messaging and digital name plates
        • Highlight outstanding achievements on a digital wall of fame

All of this is transforming the modern locker room into a hub of team building and motivation—a welcoming workplace that serves as a competitive advantage for universities; and for their athletes, helps to cultivate and nurture the winner’s mindset.

Colleges that use one set of locker rooms for multiple teams can leverage digital signage to deliver personalized, branded communications targeted at who will be using the space at any given time. For example, on Friday night the content may be football-focused, while on Sunday morning it may be all about soccer. This gives all student athletes the same VIP experience, and sends the message that they are respected as the pros that many of them will become in the not-so-distant future.

Outside of the locker room, colleges and universities are using digital signage to extend the fan experience beyond the game itself. For Michigan State University’s Frances Cleaves Family Center, Carousel Digital Signage collaborated with Red Dot Digital Media and BrightSign to create an interactive experience for friends and family of the Spartan basketball team. Dubbed the “Wall of Fame,” two 75-inch Newline touch displays let visitors access information on past and present Spartans. At the University of Massachusetts Football Performance Center, home of the Minutemen, a Carousel Digital Signage-powered interactive kiosk allows fans to look up player and coach bios, statistics, major player and team accomplishments—and even trivia on the bands and mascots that have supported the Minutemen throughout their history.

As universities continue to enhance the experience they offer to both athletes and fans, they’re increasingly relying on digital signage. With Carousel, these institutions can easily develop and distribute dynamic, branded, and targeted messaging for everyone who participates in collegiate sports activities. When done right, this helps to foster a winner’s mindset among everyone—and who doesn’t want to think like a winner?
