With over two decades of experience in sales and operations, Hwang’s professional specialties include identifying and developing new markets, anticipating and adapting to trends, advising customers on ideal solutions, and developing fresh verticals.
Sue Hwang began her career at Hollman in 1994 as a Project Coordinator under Founder, Joe Hollman. After nine years she stepped away from the company but returned in 2011 as Vice President of the Locker Division when Travis Hollman took the helm from his father. She was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2015 and Chief Operating Officer in 2019 where she oversaw sales, marketing, manufacturing operations, and project management. Under her leadership, the company has continued to expand into new verticals ranging from fitness to a full range of athletics, workspace, and specialty lockers. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
