Riverside, Calif. School to receive $100,000 makeover from The Hollman Family Foundation; Nominations now open year-round, no longer limited to one annual winner
DALLAS – June 4, 2021 – The Hollman Family Foundation is proud to announce that Norte Vista High School in Riverside, Calif. has been selected as the winner of the 2022 Hollman Helps Locker Room Renovation Contest, and will receive a $100,000 makeover for its boys and girls athletic facilities.
In 2019, Hollman, Inc., the industry leader in locker design and solutions, expanded charitable giving efforts and launched an annual Hollman Helps Locker Room Renovation program – Hollman Helps: High School Edition. The program gives deserving schools across the nation the opportunity to submit videos advocating why they should be chosen for a free $100,000 locker room rehabilitation.
“We are so excited to see Norte Vista High win our third annual locker room renovation contest,” said Stephanie Hollman, president and founder of The Hollman Family Foundation. “We have also decided to accept nominations year-round, which means we’re no longer limiting the renovation giveaway to just one school per year.”
Nominations for the Hollman Helps Locker Room Renovation contest are now permanently open. Deserving high schools and community centers across the U.S. who are in need of a new locker room can be nominated online by visiting: https://thehollmanfamilyfoundation.org/hollman-helps/ There are two steps:
1) Submit a nomination application.
2) Get noticed by following @HollmanLockers on Instagram and tag all social posts with #TheHollmanFamilyFoundation.
Norte Vista High School, part of the Alvord (CA) Unified School District, becomes the third winner of the $100,000 renovation giveaway contest, which dates back to 2019. Previous winners included Hamshire-Fannett High School in Hamshire, TX and Beecher High School in Mount Morris, MI.
“This is just great news because we have some renovations already planned for this year,” said Jason Marquez, principal of Norte Vista High School. “The school is getting a new paint job this year, so this is great timing. On behalf of everyone here at Norte Vista, we appreciate Hollman Lockers and everything they’ve done for our students.”
