The Hollman Internship Program is a 10-week paid in-person internship offering college students unique hands-on work experience.
Hollman offers full-time internship positions in various fields, such as accounting, marketing, engineering, and sales. Intended for students to apply what they’ve learned in school to their assignments and projects.
The process for selecting interns is 4-steps. First is the application; interested candidates apply for the internship through the company’s website or other designated channels. Second, HR does a screening and reviews all the applications and resumes. Then they pick the most qualified applications for step 3, the interview. The interview can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing. The interviews assess the candidate’s skills, knowledge, and cultural fit within the company. After the interviews, in step 4, the hiring team selects the most suitable candidates for the internship program.

Interns are assigned to their specific departments in the company depending on their field of study. They will have a mentor(s) who will provide guidance, support, and feedback throughout the program. Each department will have different tasks and projects that a manager will assign to the interns and must be completed by a specific deadline. Interns will have meetings with various departments throughout the first few weeks of the internship program to better understand what everyone is responsible for and how everyone works together in the company.
As far as within your specific department, the intern will:
- Assist with projects
- Conduct research
- Attend meetings
- Job shadow
- Complete individual tasks/projects
By the end of the internship program, we guarantee that the interns will have learned new skills, worked on real company projects, learned what it takes to succeed on a team, and learned more about our company and our lockers.
